Salary Determination
'Getting the best out of people' is a crude expression of management's
key target so far as employees are concerned. To fulfill our human
resources strategy of attracting, retaining and motivating our
employees, we ensure our payment levels and fringe benefits provision
matches those construction companies in Hong Kong.
To monitor the external competitiveness of our compensation package
for all staff, we have co-ordinated with an International Human
Resources Consultant to conduct the salary and benefit survey.
This action is to ensure the internal fairness within the company.
Staff Reward Scheme
The staff reward scheme means that according to the operation
and profit of that year, the company will share the profit to
the outstanding staff in portion in terms with the result of the
staff appraisal.

Leave Policies
Our employees are entitled to Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Examination
Leave, Marriage Leave, Maternity Leave and Compassionate Leave.
Medical Benefit
After the probation period, our employees are entitled to enjoy
a comprehensive medical insurance coverage. The medical insurance
included both in-patient and out-inpatient.
Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF)
All employees, (who’s age is under 65 year old ), must
join the MPF scheme.
Employer – 5% of relevant income (cash-equivalent items
excluding housing) subject to an income ceiling of HK$20,000.00
per month. Employees – 5% of relevant income over HK$5,000.00,
subject to an income ceiling of HK$20,000.00 per month.
