Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Hong Kong Boundary Crossing Facilities ˇV Reclamation Works  
CHEC, was awarded the Contract of the Hong Kong Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Hong Kong Boundary Crossing Facilities ˇV Reclamation Works. This is a 5 yearsterm contract with contract period lasting from Nov 2011 to Feb 2016.

CHEC (Group),in joint venture with CWF, was granted the Kau Sai Chau Third Golf Course Contract. This is a 1.5-year term contract with contract period lasting from Jan 2006 to Aug 2007.

Sri lanka STDP Package 1 ˇV Southern Expressway  
CHEC (Group) , was awarded the Sri lanka STDP Package 1ˇV Southern Expressway contract on September 2005. This is a 4-year term contract with contract period lasting from September 2005 to September 2009.





 
Tai O Development - Sheltered Boat Anchorage  
CHEC (Group), was awarded the development of a sheltered boat anchorage and associated facilities in Tai O on February 2003.

 
Highways Department Term Contract 19/HY/2004  
This is a 4-year term contract with contract period lasting from April 2005 to March 2009.

 
Energia Costa Azul Lng Terminal, Work Pack 2 ˇV Breakwater Mexico  
The proposed Costa Azul LNG Terminal is located on the Pacific Coast of the Baja California, approximately 80 km south of Tijuana. To provide seastate protection to the LNG unloading berth, a caisson breakwater will be built approximately 300 m offshore at the Terminal location. The breakwater is 700m long in 25m water depth.





 
Route 8 East Tsing Yi Viaduct  
The works mainly comprise the construction of an approximately 1.1 km dual 3-lane carriageway on viaduct connecting Stonecutters Bridge and Nam Wan Tunnel in the south-eastern part of Tsing Yi Island;the construction of viaduct ramps; and the
associated roads, drainage, slope works,landscape works and environmental mitigation measures.

 
Route 8 Ngong Shuen Chau Viaduct  
Ngong Shuen Chau Viaduct (NSCV) is an integral part of Route 8 between Tsing Yi and Cheung Sha Wan. NSCV comprises a 2.2 km dual 3-lane carriageway connecting the proposed Stonecutters Bridge with West Kowloon Highway and the section of Route 9 between Cheung Sha Wan and Shatin at Lai Wan Interchange in Cheung Sha Wan.

 
Construction of Road T7 in Ma On Shan  
The Works comprises of the construction of about 3.2 km of dual 2-lane carriageway with an additional climbing lane at uphill locations.





 
Port of Balboa Container Terminal Development Phase 3  
The major works included the design and construct 270m long quay deck with piled foundation, dredging for the reclamation and basin area, 7.5ha of reclamation and 200mm of retaining structure.

 
Environmental Improvement of Shing Mun River ˇV Stage I & II  
Shing Mun River and its associated nullahs have been polluted by various sources, leading to its classification as a ˇĄpriority riverˇ¦. The objective of this Project was to treat sediments in order to reduce odour, sediment volume, pollution and toxicity to upgrade the conditions of the river, for future use for recreational activities.

 
West Kowloon Drainage Improvement - Stage 2 Kai Tak Transfer Scheme  
The Kai Tak Transfer Scheme is designed to transfer storm water from the Waterloo Road Nullah in Kowloon Tong to the Kai Tak Nullah in Kowloon City in order to alleviate annual flooding in the West Kowloon area of Hong Kong. The contract includes the detailed design, construction and commissioning of an interception structure, a 1.45km of 4.4m internal diameter segmental lined tunnel by slurry TBM, 6 numbers of 7.0m internal diameter in-situ lined access shafts, and construction of 450m long box culverts at the outfall end of the system.





 
KCRC West Rail CC-604 Pat Heung Maintenance Centre  
The scope of work includes piling, the construction of substructure, superstructure, architectural builders' works and finishes, building services and external civil works for the EMU maintenance building, Fan Podium structure and miscellaneous small building structures. The EMU Building is 470m long, 60.4m wide, 11.2m high with reinforced concrete structure.

 
MTRC Eastern Harbour Crossing/Lam Tin Tunnels, Site Formation & Associated Works  
The works comprise a pair of running tunnels from YAT to LAT construsted as bored tunnels with the exception of 1 section approximately 90m long connecting to YAT which shall be cut and cover construction.

 
Shuen Wan Landfill Restoration Contract  
This project is planned to restore the Shuen Wan Landfill, which is located adjacent to Tolo Harbour to the east of Tai Po and was previously used for the controlled disposal of Waste in the North-East area of the New Territories, and to develop the restored landfill for recreational uses.
