Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, organizing, directing and co - ordinating all activities and resources on the construction site in accordance with the agreed method, procedure, budget and specifications.
- To co - ordinate internal and external issues of project, e.g. reporting in order to ensure stakeholders needs are properly managed and co - ordinated.
- To plan all resources in order to meet the completion of the works.
- To implement HSE systems in order ensure compliance with Company’s HSE objectives.
- To identify project risks and minimize Company’s exposure.
Job Requirement:
- Degree or above in civil engineering or equivalent;
- At least 15 years’ relevant post - qualification experience, including minimum of 5 years of experience as a main contractor’s Project Manager on site with overall responsibilities for infrastructural works similar in scale to this contract;
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience as Construction Manager / Project Manager in the use of NEC contracts or be Accredited NEC3 ECC Project Manager on the “ICE Register for Accredited NEC Professionals”;
- Have extensive experience including, but not limited to: Road works, drainage, sewerage and water supply works / Site formation, slope works / Earth - retaining structure / Public interfacing / Utilities coordination, and Aspects relating to environmental and site safety issues;
- Chartered Engineer or other professional qualifications required;
- Demonstrable experience and significant knowledge of the NEC Contract, BIM, design and build coordination will be an advantage;
- Good computer knowledge;
- Fluent in writing and speaking English and Chinese;
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Deputy Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager.
