Site Agent / Sub Agent

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and supervising the successful execution of works on site and liaising with senior management for works implementations;
- Coordinate with sub - contractors of the execution of the project within the approved budget, project time frame, and the preset quality standard.
Job Requirement:
- Degree / Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent;
- Minimum 10 years post professional qualification experience in construction contracts, among which at least 8 years relevant experience should be as a main contractor's Site Agent; and
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as Site Agent in the use of NEC contracts or be accredited Project Manager on site with overall responsibilities for infrastructural works;
- Corporate Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (MHKIE) or equivalent in Civil discipline is preferred;
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sub Agent or Section Agent.
