工作職責:
  • Preparations and submission of claims
  • Monitoring and checking cost and financial income / expenditure status of the project(s) assigned monthly and preparation of project budgets in accordance with the in-house procedure
  • Prepare sub-contract documents and other agreements
  • Advise the Project Quantity Surveying Teams on essential terms and conditions of the Main Contract and identify the ambiguities and discrepancies in the contract documents
  • Prepare and settle final accounts of both Main Contract and Sub-contracts
  • Prepare tender documents for subletting and major procurement and carry out tender analysis and recommendation
  • Assist in preparations and submission of legal matters related to the project
職位需要:
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, or Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying if possess professional qualification
  • With at least 5 years experience in managerial position
  • Degree holder in Quantity Surveying related discipline or equivalent
  • Membership of recognized professional institutions, e.g. HKIS, RICS, CICES or equivalent
  • Technical knowledge in quantity surveying including measurement, valuation of variations, drafting contractual letters and documents
  • Sound leadership and communication skills
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Contracts Manager
