工作職責:
- Organize and guide the process of procurement work;
- Manage the procurement activities of various projects in compliance with relevant management methods and regulations;
- Manage and supervise the normal operation of fixed assets management;
- Responsible for assigning preparation work and reviewing the periodic report;
- Introduce core and strategic suppliers, maintain supplier relationships and evaluate the performance of existing suppliers regularly.
職位需要:
- Degree holder or above in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field;
- Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or business administration, with solid experience as a purchasing manager in construction industry;
- Experience working for a large main contractor;
- Experience in commodity procurement is required;
- IT knowledge or academic background is an advantage;
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is an advantage;
- Self-motivated, well-organized and efficient, with demonstrated influencing and negotiation skills;
- Excellent command of written English and Chinese;
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing;
- Proficient in Chinese report writing is an advantage;
- Experience with online approval processes is an advantage.
