Job Responsibilities:
- Perform quantify surveying functions in construction project;
- Assist in both main contract and sub-contract administration including subletting, payment certifications, valuation of variations, settlement of final accounts, preparation of all various reports, etc;
- Communicate and interface with Engineers as necessary to evaluate project cost.
Job Requirement:
- Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience in quantity surveying, contract administration, cost control and budgeting for construction projects;
- Professional qualification / member of HKIS or RICS or ICES or equivalent is preferred;
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese;
- Work independently, strong initiative, mature, good commitment to work and have a strong sense of responsibility;
- Candidate with more qualification / experience will be considered as Senior Quantity Surveyor.
