Job Responsibilities:
- Perform quantify surveying functions in construction project;
- Calculate estimates on the cost for projects;
- Mange costs, values, labour and material process, finance contractual arrangement and legal matters in the construction field;
- Communicate and interface with Engineers as necessary to evaluate project cost.
Job Requirement:
- Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in quantity surveying, contract administration, cost control and budgeting for construction projects;
- Professional qualification / member of HKIS or RICS or ICES or equivalent is preferred;
- Candidate with less qualification / experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor.
