The scope of works of the contract consists of the construction of a 24-classroom primary school comprising a 7-storey school block including an assembly hall (overall height of school block is 27 meters) with pile foundations, associated facilities, drainage and external works. The construction floor area of the school is approximately 9,580 square meters.The construction of this school was to make it easier for the students of Sham Shui Po to go to school, and also to create a well-equipped and beautiful teaching environment for them.
