The project included designing and constructing site formation and infrastructure works to support the Temporary Quarantine Facilities within the Site at Penny’s Bay.Design and construct 300 nos of habitable units for the quarantined public, Medical Post, CAS Substation and 6 nos of habitable units for the operational staff and other necessary facilities for the TQF.This project alleviated the situation that a large number of infected people had nowhere to isolate and treat due to the shortage of hospital beds at that time, and promoted the development of Hong Kong’s epidemic prevention work.
