The Contract mainly comprise the design and construction of the widening of the TMRTCS between Yan Oi Town Square and Wong Chu Road of approximately 1.5 km long from a dual two lanes carriageway to a dual three lanes carriageway. The part of Tuen Mun Road bounded by Kam Fai Garden and Yan Oi Town Square adopts streamlined panels, vertical green panels and green roof. The project is the first to include greening elements in highway construction or public works and is the largest highway greening project in Hong Kong.
