East Tsing Yi Viaduct project mainly comprised the construction of an approximately 1.1 km dual 3-lane carriageway on viaduct connecting Stonec utters Bridge and Nam Wan Tunnel in the south-eastern part of Tsing Yi Island; the construction of viaduct ramps; and the associated roads, drainage, slope works, landscape works and environmental mitigation measures.This project has built an elevated road with advanced craftsmanship, beautiful appearance and harmonious surrounding environment for Hong Kong citizens, so it has won praise from the Highways Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government and the local people
