The project includes the construction of a seawall and reclamation in Tsuen Wan Bay, and the construction or upgrading of infrastructure within the reclamation area, including piers, water intake stations, pumping stations, square drains and access roads. Upon completion, the project provides six hectares of land for the construction of Tsuen Wan West Station and a new public transport interchange.
