Construction of extension of Coal Jetty; execution of alteration and addition works for existing Coal Jetty. This project improved the terminal facilities for the operation of the power plant and facilitates the construction of more power generation facilities, thereby increasing the power generation capacity of the power plant and solving the electricity consumption problem of more citizens in Hong Kong.
